Digital analogue
I like new, unintended uses of objects, especially when the new use is ‘ironically’ related to the original. On my wrist I wear an analogue watch that tells the time “digitally”, using two rotating black disks with a feint through which only the current time is displayed. So Christiaan Postma’s great achievement caught my eye with a clock that actually spells out the time (well, the hour) “digitally” by lining up tiny hands from a multitude of analogue clocks.
